Shipping policy

1. Where are my products shipped from?

Orders made with www.hempiregardens.com are shipped from our distribution hubs situated in Liverpool, United Kingdom.

2.Do you deliver to my country?

www.hempiregardens.com delivers products within the UK only. For EU deliveries please visit  www.hempiregardens.eu

3. How long does shipping take to my country?

When you order with www.hempiregardens.com  you will be able to choose between the following delivery options:

  • DPD Economy (2-3 days): usually the parcels are delivered within 2-3 business days

  • DPD Next Day Delivery: with this option your order will be delivered within the next business day after dispatch

Please note that UK bank holidays  excluded from delivery transit days.

Our delivery timescales during festive seasons may be affected. If this occurs, you will be notified by e-mail.

4. Has my order been shipped?

When your order ships you will automatically receive an email alert from us and DPD.

 If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email, please login into your account to check your order status. Alternatively, click the “View your order” link in your original order confirmation email.

5. How do I get my tracking number? 

The tracking number for your order will be available on the order status page once your order ships. 

You can access the order status page via the "View your order”  link included in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.

 If you have your tracking number to hand you can check the status of your delivery directly on DPD Local Tracking page.

6. What happens if my parcel is lost?

We have implemented precautionary measures with our courier, DPD, to minimize the risk of delivery issues. In the rare event that a package is delivered to the wrong location, we will promptly open an investigation with DPD. If the investigation confirms the error, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you.
