Shipping policy

1. Where are my products shipped from?

Orders made with www.hempiregardens.eu are shipped from our EU distribution hub situated in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

 


3. How long does shipping take to my country?

When you order with www.hempiregardens.eu you will be able to choose between the following delivery couriers : 

       

      • UPS Standard: delivery takes between 1-4 business days depending on your country zone (see below detailed zone delivery).

       

      • DHL Parcel: delivery takes between 1-6 business days depending on your country zone (see below detailed zone delivery).

       

      • UPS Express: when choosing this delivery option, your order should typically arrive within 24-48 hours depending on your country zone.

      Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark

      ZONE 2 (3-5 business days)

      Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Estonia

      ZONE 3 (5-7 business days)

      Portugal, Spain, Greece, Italy

       

      DHL Parcel

      ZONE 1 (1-3 business days)

      France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark

      ZONE 2 (3-5 business days) 

      Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Estonia

      ZONE 3 (4-7 business days)

      Portugal, Spain, Greece, Italy

       

      Please note that Netherlands bank holidays are excluded from delivery transit days.


      Our delivery timescales during festive seasons may be affected. If this occurs, you will be notified by e-mail.

      4. Has my order been shipped?


      When your order ships you will automatically receive an email alert.
       If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email, please login into your account to check your order status. Alternatively, click the “View your order” link in your original order confirmation email.



      5. How do I get my tracking number? 

      The tracking number for your order will be available on the order status page once your order ships. 

      You can access the order status page via the "View your order” link included in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.


       Customers will also receive an automatic shipping notification e-mail by the courier (DHL or UPS)


       If you have your tracking number to hand you can check the status of your delivery directly on DHL/UPS Tracking page.


      6. What happens if my parcel is lost or seized?

      We have implemented precautionary measures with our couriers, DHL and UPS, to minimize the risk of delivery issues. In the rare event that a package is delivered to the wrong location or seized, we will promptly open an investigation with DHL or UPS. If the investigation confirms the loss or seizure, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you.  

      Please note that we do not offer order cancellations or refunds in the event of a courier-related loss. Instead, we will arrange for a reshipment with a different courier and guarantee delivery, so you can rest assured.
